PROPOSAL PROCESS DESIGN

Decades of experience in managing winning proposals has taught us how to design an internal process that will avoid the most common proposal problems. We will work with your staff and tailor a solution that will bring cost estimating, pricing and technical writing into alignment. There are many resources that deal with proposal writing, but one size does not fit all. We can design a process that fits your company, your industry and your current management processes that works.

PROPOSAL MANAGEMENT

Key to a successful proposal effort is the proposal manager. He/she is the one responsible for making the process work, making sure the proposal meets requirements and, most importantly, wins the job. We can help by filling that role for your company on a contract basis and/or training in-house personnel for the job at the same time. We have experience in DoD, commercial aerospace, space, international, medical, SBIR and many other types of proposals. We are well versed in all the complex regulatory and business issues involved and very experienced in negotiating with the potential customer both before and after the proposal is submitted.
