PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER SUPPORT

The Product Development Manager is an extremely important position. A very broad and deep skill set is required: good program management skills, strong backgrounds in design, engineering, marketing and manufacturing, as well as expertise in specific areas such as prototyping methodologies, etc. This knowledge is necessary to make informed choices regarding the trade offs the team will encounter as the product development process unfolds. We can help in a number of ways. We can be the Product Development Manager on a contract basis. Once the project is completed and the product is launched our work is done. Or we can become part of the product development team supporting the Product Development Manager where and when required.
