CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
It is all too easy to fall into the trap of thinking that Contract Management is all about maximizing revenue and managing risk, sometimes at the expense of your customers. While those are critical business functions, they need to be balanced with sensitivity to the customers' needs and perceptions. That can be a difficult balancing act. Proper procedures, training and management are necessary for this to succeed. We have decades of experience managing this balance.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
The issues here are almost identical to those for Contract Management. In addition, the Program Manager is expected to be the customer's liaison to management and to be their voice internally all the while maximizing revenue and minimizing risk. Add to that the responsibility of completing the program by meeting, or exceeding, the requirements of the statement of work and the customer's expectations and it's easy to see how important it is for this function to align with the business development strategy.
